What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?

"This house has so many great features. The open floor plan allows us to be cooking in the kitchen while still carrying on a conversation with family in the living room. The wood burning fireplace absolutely makes this house, we spend our winters snuggled up on the couch while listening to the crackling of the fire. The renovated master bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage space, while the master bedroom itself is spacious and overlooks the peaceful back yard. There several closets around the house, as well as a large kitchen pantry. The large windows allow for a great cross breeze during the warmer months. Outside the home, you can enjoy the front and back patios overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens that flower the entire growing season. A fiber optic cable was ran to the house in 2015. A brand new roof in 2016 ensures you will have years of secure enjoyment of your new home."

What do you love about your town?

"Atlanta is a great small town within easy drive of Noblesville, Carmel, and Kokomo. The annual New Earth Festival in September is one of Indiana’s largest festivals and a great weekend see what all Atlanta has to offer. The local library is well stocked and great for kids and adults alike."
